SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200 to virtually any address in the continental U.S (Lower 48 states). This is a limited-time offer and may expire at any time.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

New, undamaged, or unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in sellable condition and must still have tags attached. Exchanges for different sizes may not be possible based on current inventory at the time of exchange. If the desired size is not in stock, we will provide a full refund that will be credited to your original form of payment. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs.

How to return your item(s):

Step 1. Email us at support@VERSAskins.com with the following included in the subject line: “Return”, “your name”, “order number”. In the body of your email, please provide a brief explanation for your return/exchange and if you would like us to send you a replacement or refund.

Step 2. After we review your request and approve the return/exchange we will send you a confirmation email. If the return/exchange is of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will provide you with a shipping label and return instructions via email to return your item to us. If the return/refund is not of our error, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item.

Step 3. Send back your items to the address listed below, carefully packaged, with a copy of your receipt included in the package. Please allow standard ship timing plus review for your refund to be issued.

Returns are credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of refund.
