Warranty information

VERSAskins products are designed and manufactured for excellent comfort, performance, and durability. Our products have a one-year (365 day) limited warranty from the ship date. During this warranty period we will repair or replace, at no charge, items proven defective because of improper workmanship or material, under normal use.

Warranty includes:
Snaps, zippers, cuff-loops, and any material proven to be defective due to improper workmanship or material and not of normal wear and tear by the consumer.

Warranty does not include:
A warranty cannot be claimed for any defects resulting from mishandling, misuse, or an act of nature such as flood, fire, insects, etc. Problems resulting from normal wear and tear (snags, stains, burns, discoloration, damage, or that smell like smoke) are not covered by any warranty.

How to make a claim:
To obtain a warranty repair or replacement, please email us at support@VERSAskins.com with a brief description/reason for warranty. You may be asked to provide pictures or return the item(s) for review. If your item proves to be defective in workmanship or material we will provide further instructions on how to claim your warranty. This may include repair, replacement, or refund of your item(s) up to our discretion.
